"Apples" - Greg Hunt from Fruitfields

Greg is a very enthusiastic speaker and successful grower of apples. Greg will come and give us lots of information on how to grow, when and how to prune and just as importantly when the right time is to harvest, which is end product and variety dependant.

There will be mini samples of Apple Juice and Cider to sample.

Doors will be open from 7.15pm and Greg's talk will start at 7.45pm.

Please come and join us - non-members £3.00 per person to include complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.

Also If you fancy a day out by coach on Wednesday 11th June to visit the gardens at Hampton Court Castle (see Garden Visit page) and Frank Mathews Nuseries at a very reasonable price and you haven't yet secured your seat on the coach register and pay Lorraine ASAP - there are only 10 seats left on the coach. 07799 060790. Non- members are very welcome to join us.
