Badge Court is a Tudor house (not open) set in over 2 acres of garden which includes a large pool, aquaponic fish tanks, topiary garden, rockery, orchard (with 16 varieties of apple trees) formal lawns and borders, large vegetable garden with soft fruits, aviary, greenhouses and terrace where teas are served. Also within the curtilage is the Garden House with cottage garden. This garden opens for the NGS.

Coughton Court Gardens -         Monday 11th June 2018


An evening visit has been arranged to the gardens at Coughton Court on Monday 11th June. Please arrive at 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start. Cost £5 per person.

Morton Hall Gardens -               Wednesday 25th April 2018

The Walled Gardens at Croome Court - Monday 10th July 2017


A group guided tour of the privately owned Walled Gardens at Croome Court has been arranged for the Evening of Monday 10th July at 6.00pmChris Cronin and his wife Karen have taken on the restoration of the Georgian walled gardens at Croome Court. They purchased possibly the largest 18th century walled garden in Britain in 2000. The gardens covering approximately 7 acres contained a dilapidated gardeners cottage along with several disused greenhouses and was completely overgrown when purchased. The cost is £5.00 per person for club members including hot and cold refreshments and homemade cake. Non members are very welcome to join us at £10.00 per person (usual cost for a guided tour and refreshments).

Bourton House Garden  - Wednesday 10th May 2017

Fancy a break from your garden and an afternoon out?  Join us for a tour of the garden at Bourton House, Bourton-on-the Hill.


It is an award-winning three acre garden surrounding a fine 18th century Manor House. The garden features luxuriant terraces and wide herbaceous borders with stunning plant, texture and colour combinations. Imaginative topiary includes a knot garden, parterre and topiary walk and there are several spring-fed water features including a raised basket pond from the Great Exhibition of 1851.


Arrangements are being made to go on Wednesday the 10h May.  For garden club members there will be free transport leaving Dodford village hall at 12:30pm returning around 5pm. The cost of the entrance to the garden will be £6.  Refreshments are available at an additional cost.


If time permits we will also look to have a quick stop off at the garden centre and stores at Batsford Arborteum.


There will be space for 19 people on the bus and priority will be to garden club members.  If we have a few spaces for friends and family on a first come first served basis at a cost of £9 for coach and then the £6 entrance.
